Notes: Cap width 8 cm lightly bumpy, dry, orange red with a light yellow line around the margin, Margin in-turned, pore surface light yellow. free from stalk. Flesh mild nutty no odor. Stalk wavy, slightly showing a twisted appearance. Base slightly swollen but more or less equal. light tan with yellow areas near the cap. Growing in mixed woods of Beech, Oak/ Hickory. This has a general appearance of B. Edulis. The fungi fly have attacked this one if you look at the top those are small larvae.
