Notes: Cap width 8.5 cm. broadly convex surface smooth with small cracks and scales toward the center whitish cream streaked with brown fibrils and scales. Margin smooth. gills Free, close, light pink. flesh white with a slight radish odor no taste. spore print pink Stem 1 cm x 5 cm equal solid whitish.
Found growing in groups on well decayed wood of Oak.
