A good photo of the white & darker dots up close is a first step

needed towards any ID. I don’t even see any clear hyphal stalks connecting to the dots in the photo provided. Mucoromycota often make white balls on stalks that turn dark as the spores inside mature and are sometimes found as plant pathogens.
