pileus surface with scales; pileus color buff to cinnamon; pileus surface dry; stipe width 30 mm; stipe/outer surface color whitish to cream; ring/annulus present; lamellae attachment free; hymenophore whitish to cream; lamellae crowded;
fruit body height 140 mm; substrate/habitat soil, turf or debris

Probably a shaggy parasol (chlorophyllum brunneum)

I agree it is more likely to be chlorophyllum brunneum.
