Notes: Observation from the “Spring Fungi of the Sierra Nevada”, June 9th, 2005, Yuba Pass region.

One of the main featues of this one is the scalloped edges of the gills. This photo came out pretty well in showing this feature in the visible gills.

This one is kinda hard to see in the forest, it was mostly on rotting sticks at ground level, so it was brown on brown, looking a lot like dried leaves or flakes of bark.
