So you found it growing in a hole, removed it from the hole, but the mushroom had other ideas and dove back into the hole, not to be collected?

A second after I took the second picture, the mushroom fell into a hole, never to be seen again. When I found it, it was growing in a hole.

Another possibility is Lichenomphalia, though I could easily see this being Arrhenia. Not much in the way of distinguishing characteristics here.. Not as far as I can tell, any way. The colour is rather indistinct.
