Given location by sea, parietina might be more likely. It’s hard to tell how narrow the lobes really are without seeing the margin.

Compare with Stridvall’s photos of Xanthoria polycarpa, which has narrow marginal lobes, and Xanthoria parietina, which has broader lobes. The second photo seems to suggest narrower lobes, as in X. polycarpa.
