Notes: A quick scan of the web yielded no obvious match.
Hoping for a ID from one of MO’s Lichen specialists.
These were growing on mossy bark of an old still standing tree. Area has Live oak, Doug fir, madrone and some pine.

Excellent specimen and photo. You can really see the little raised dots on the underside on the second photo — that’s what distinguishes this genus from other cyanolichens like Lobaria and Sticta.
