Notes: Locality: 35°37’14.76"N, 83°40’39.11"W, el. 524 m

Substrate and habitat: Growing on a tree trunk about 50 cm DBH about 2 m above the ground in wet riparian woodland.

Identification: Corticolous Heterodermia with long, narrow, adnate lobes and several apothecia; soredia, isidia, and phyllidia absent. This is the same specimen as MO Observation #34957
