Notes: Locality: 35°37’14.76"N, 83°40’39.11"W, el. 524 m

Substrate and habitat: Growing on the partially moss-covered base of a large oak tree in bottomland hardwood forest.

Identification: Non-sorediate Lobaria with smooth, silvery, mineral gray upper cortex. This is the same specimen as in MO Observation #34960.
