This light green specimen has an abnormally long stem for the cap size. The cap was about 12 mm. Gills decurrent.
There is some sort of casing at the base,(size ref.)of the stipe.

Kind of reminds me of Rickenella, but as Debbie noted, it just looks generally Omphalinoid. Very cool mushroom.
