Observation 45373: Armillaria hinnulea Kile & Watling
When: 2010-05-13
No herbarium specimen

Notes: These were growing in small groups around the base of a tree. Thus the different lighting. (eg shade= cool sunlight= warmer)Caps were dry, stipes were brittle.

that there are at least five species of Armillaria in AU, I’m not sure which species this one is…

Armillaria sp images. 20269 looks close. This must be a bit of a mine field. All the images I looked at only this one was somewhere near the mark.???
