I guessed Cortinarius at first too, but was then thrown by the lack of any discernible spore print. I think that’s the key, though: it probably had a rust brown spore print, I just took the spore print too late in the life cycle to see it. I didn’t get a white spore print, I didn’t get any spore print at all. Thanks for the ID though.
