For a minute there it had the look of a Mucor or some other interesting feature. Both the sparseness and upward orientation of the the strands are curious, neither being traits I would expect to see in basal mycelium.
edit: Upon yet another look, it would appear that they do in fact terminate in black, semi-/globular sporangia.
The image was heavily cropped to achieve max zoom. Why the interest in the mycelium?
