I suppose this could qualify as either Tremella or Exidia or something else altogether; sure to remain a mystery without more detailed documentation. Tremella fuciformis is a guess at best. It will take keener eyes than mine to make a genus (much less species) determination from just one lonely picture.

Insufficient data is just one of many natural consequences of trying to conduct a field survey of a national park while trying to summit a volcano with an increasingly impatient, unmycologically-inclined girlfriend in tow.
