Notes: Habitat: solitary, growing on grass.

Pileus diameter: 95 mm
Pileus height: 27 mm
Stipe length: 125 mm 13 mm
Stipe diameter at middle: 17 mm
Stipe diameter at base: 29 mm

Pileus is convex, viscid, light orange, cuticle with beige warts. Flesh is white. Smell is non-distinctive.

Hymenium is gilled, gills are white, free, partial veil is present.

Stipe is central, tappered with large bulb at base, white near the pileus but with light brown rings towards the bulb, bulb has scales, inserted.
