CAP: reddish-brown, more red than brown; strongly folded into saddle-shape, 3 inches across; STIPE: hollow, yellow-tinted white to flesh tones, 4 inches long. One of the strongly infolded Helvella. I can’t remember off-hand whether this is H. compressa, H. infula, or other H. species. Just trying to get photos up right now.
