Recognized by sight: What was previously identified as Hymenogaster parksii is now being called Hymenogaster sublilacinus. This collection is near the end of the fruiting season. Note the slate-gray-blue gleba, with locules. Odor gaseous and similar to Hymenogaster to my nose. Either a sterile pedicel or sterile base present, but tiny and would likely be overlooked unless you were trying to find it; clump of dirt clinging to the bottom.
