Habitat: Growing on mulch, solitary, under oak
Pileus: light brown, cracked/lacinate, dry, glabrous, convex, round, margin is eroded, flesh is white, smell is leatherish, taste is acid
Hymenium: pore surface yellow, pores are visible with naked eye, bruise blue fast, tubes are 5.5 mm long
Stipe: solid, beige outside with red reticulation on top half extending 16.5 mm from pileus, bottom half is scabrous, mostly equal, slightly curved, bruises light blue when cut, has wine colored spots on inner part toward the base, inserted
Spore print: did not manage to obtain it

Pileus diameter: 47-51 mm
Pileus height: 18 mm
Stipe length: 59 mm
Stipe diameter at apex: 14.5 mm
Stipe diameter at middle: 15.0 mm
Stipe diameter at base: 15.2 mm
