fruit later in the season? We’re just now getting our first Amanitas and in this particular location, A. flavorubens is the most common by far. I’ve collected A. elongata before and this didn’t strike me as that…maybe I’m wrong though. Besides, the reddish stains on the cap where it is creased makes me believe it’s one of the “blushers”.
