if the size of the cups doesn’t exceed 2 mm.
Translucent look, and colours around yellow, orange and pinkish are characters of Orbilia.
Microscopy is needed, of course.

This looks similar to the fungus (k.d.) I have found a lot of in the Peterborough Ontario area.
