hole through the cap goes directly to the stipe.
all speciment are from the same group

Does this show the upper hole in the cap leading off-center to the gill-stipe attachment? Are the other less expanded rather convoluted specimens from the same observation?

A central hole in the cap leading apparently into a hollow stipe? Doesn’t sound like Russula to me.
