Observation 48482: Corticiaceae sensu lato

No herbarium specimen

Notes: Found in a pine stand covering a fallen branch. Basically a pink/orange crust fungi, with no noticable pores at 10X. The perimeter is dotted with white growth that could be part of this fungus or attacking it.

Interesting looking. The white bumps might be the imperfect stage fruiting on the margin of the perfect state.
