I saw some photos of Punctelia subrudecta very similar to my specimen, although apothecia are said to be rare for this species.

Vulpicida has very bright, obvious yellow medulla. I see some dot-shaped pseudocyphellae in the first photo, so maybe this is one of the Punctelia instead.
