Recognized by sight: Hygrocybe singeri was described from Mt. Hood, Oregon. It is very likely that it is a western species and that this is another member of the Hygrocybe conica complex.

It did seem a bit viscid, I was using a iphone for these pics )

Was this one viscid? Kinda slimy when damp? And in this case, all over.

The photo is rather out of focus, some of it seem to be motion blur. You can try and fix the speed on the camera to 1/30 or so (1/15 if you are careful to hold steady), and that will help with that. Also the auto-focus is on the background, not on the ’shroom, common issue. Check on the image when you take it, and try to get the focus on the mushroom.
