Superficially, these resemble Agrocybe. Though, I cannot picture those gills producing brown spores.

Hi, Alonso! Was this dark spored? Were the gills serrated or ragged?

I have zero experience with real-live Oudemansiella. This is definitely not one I have seen photographed, but I can’t think of any other genera matching the characters I mentioned.

I don’t believe Oudemansiella PVs can be so cottony. not positive though. cap color seems off too.
