Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: Identified based on the black spore color and the stature. But I’m not sure of the species. Growing in grass with no trees growing near by.

Thanks Darvin! Looks like a match. I don’t think I’ve seen this species before. I hadn’t had a chance to key it out, but I’d been sitting on the images for a while so I threw them up to see if anything came back.

When I first glanced at it, I thought it might be an Agaricus just like Arora says, but I quickly eliminated that due to the spore color.

S. coronilla is associated only with grass. Did you look at or rule out this species?
