Simocybe was by no means a confident ID, but I went with it because of the olivaceous hues. The photos have a very amber look to them, and didn’t capture the colours well. Yes, it was raining that day and these little guys were quite water-logged.

Reason for Simocybe?

Not sure here, these don’t have the characteristic olive tones of Simocybe, and they look rather shiny, was it raining that day? What are your reasons for going with Simocybe? These look more like either Tubaria or Pholiota. But it is down under, and Simocybe could be true, but it would good to know more why that is.
