probably an all white X. seperansXanthoconium seperans.

Funny thing about this present obs (48940) is that the mushroom appears to be (otherwise?) normally formed. I once found an all white bolete that looks like the one seen here… August in northern Vermont. I visit this area every few years, but I’ve not ever seen a single occurance of X. seperans.

all white and nothing but white by the looks of your photo. Far out. I’ve never seen this one. Did it stain anywhere?
