All parts white; large cup at stipe base; remnants of ring on stipe; generally fits the gestalt of a young destroying angel. Found in D1E near Balsam fir and unidentified hardwoods, a stone’s throw from open water (the Indian River). This region has previously produced a red Russula and no other observations.
