Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: slime mold covering v rotten mossy hardwood log over stream
CAP: tightly packed single layer of minute brown beads that eventually turn bright ochre then burst into cottony powdery mass, beads ~0.5mm shiny smooth round spheres
SPORE: print yellowish brown
I’ve got no literature with me on slimes.
