This is an interesting one. Found under pine in Zone 02, it is whitish everywhere, with a cottony veil-remnant material on the cap and shaggy stipe and a fibrous partial veil just parting. Something about this makes me think Amanita or Lepiota. I’m leaning toward the latter slightly, partly based on how it’s binding duff.
