Found in Zone 48. Polypore, terrestrial, no distinct stipe, inverted cones that fuse into a concrescent top reminiscent of Phaeolus and Hydnellum growth. Phaeolus previously observed in Zone 12 (now destroyed). 48 is mixed woods with mature aspen, very similar to 12 in tree composition.
