Found under spruce and fir.

Cap viscid, stipe non-viscid, gills yellow, stipe yellow, veil yellow, context yellow, cap brown. Context pink-rose in KOH, cap surface red-brown in KOH. No clear odor, taste mild.

Using Champions du Suisse tome 5 the id is fairly clearly C. elegantior, and people at SMG meeting agreed with this.

The micro-shot is of spores from the veil at 1000x in KOH. The spores are ellipsiod, pointed, brown, warted. The size is apr. 13 × 8 um.

The spores match well with sources for Cortinarius elegantior.
