Found this on a foray ID table, don’t know what substrate it was collected from and couldn’t find the collector.
From the wood still attached to the specimen it seems to have been producing a white rot.

Based on microscopic features: No setae in pileus or hymenium, basidia seem to match pic in N.A.Polypores, spore size (5.3 × 3.8) and shape fit precisely,
Based on chemical features: KOH black on all surfaces, spores neg. in melzers, brown in KOH
