Recognized by sight: Looked to be brown spored. Growing in clusters from soil close to and on decaying hardwood logs. Caps up to about 1 !/4" wide, sticky. I chose Hebeloma but I’m not real sure about it.***I was wrong about the spore color, these are white spored. So I’m guessing they’re Clitocybe now.

…no pic of spore print. Odor is pleasant, sort of sweet smelling. They turn pinkish when they dry.
