Notes: A week ago I noticed these in a dessicated state. They were a much paler color and I thought they must be P. ostreatus and was sorry to have missed seeing them when fresh. It rained and there they were—-all rehydrated, if a bit worse for wear. I haven’t found anything that seems a more likely ID.
