Amanita muscaria would have a cap in the range of yellow to red (almost always red in England as far as I know) with white to yellow volval material and a ring or rings of volval around the top of the bulb and the bottom of the stipe. The volval material on the top of the bulb in these pix looks powdery and gray. And the bits of volva on the bottom of the skirt-like annulus (around its edge) look rather dark. Perhaps, you might consider something closer to A. excelsa.
