Notes: Primary thallus squamuose, green with some brown tint; Podetia with very short stalks (<0.75cm) coated by small squamules intensely sorediate, some sharp others with a cup form, all with brown fruting bodies of round form, some of which transluscent even with dry weather. With these characteristics I found only Cladonia ramulosa, which is commom in Portugal and in south Europe in general.
