Brown Suillus

Appear to be either Suillus intermedius or Suillus subalutaceous. The former is yellowish when young and is known for its acidic tasting gluten. The buff to brown caps of S. subalutaceous are supposed to have mild tasting gluten. I’m not convinced that is a consistent feature.

The red mushroom in the second photo looks like S. spraguei. The brown mushrooms in both photos look like suilli but not like S. spraguei.
