those long cilia make genus clear

But I don’t recognize the species. There are relatively few North American species that are fertile like this — Parmotrema perforatum and P. submarginale are the common ones, but the former has mostly perforated apothecia. I suppose it could be the latter, but I have no idea which additional species may be found in Bolivia.
