I’d considered Favolaschia, and now I can’t remember exactly what caused me to rule it out. Off the top of my head, my first suspicion is whether any Favolaschia spp. are known to exhibit decurrent pores along the stipe such as is seen here.

While we’re on the subject, perhaps these are contenders as well:
