Observation 55728: Amanita muscaria var. guessowii Veselý

Herbarium specimen reported

Notes: We have been collecting these over the past few weeks.
Their caps are yellow, orange in the center. the cap color has stained the thin flesh. They grow under pine trees.

I am uncertain of the species since the rings are very fragile and the stem base could be described as having concentric shagginess but more accurately of having one clear collar and shagginess above the vulva.

amanita has no ‘o’ in the spelling.
