Displayed at the 2010 Oregon Mycological Show. Oregon’s State Mushroom. Previously Cantharellus cibarius sensu Smith, but now known as a separate species after Dr. Eric Danell completed DNA analysis of this and the original collection by Fries. C. cibarius is not found in the U.S. that is known.
