Found in groups of two to four, near or beside clusters of white aborted fungi, growing from soil, in mixed, predominantly hardwood, forest.

Pileus:
2-4.2cm broad, convex, smooth, gray to creamy-gray, margin creamy and curved inward

Lamellae:
Slightly decurrent to decurrent, creamy, close

Stipe:
4.5-6cm long, .5-.7cm thick, white to creamy-gray, white at base, smooth, equal, solid

Smell:
Sweet and “mushroomy”

Spore Print:
Chalky red-brown or salmon pink

Spores:
Elliptic Angular, 5-7 (8) sided
