Basically, it is impossible to come up with a name of a photo of a mushroom.
If the photo is dark, unsharp, does not show all the important characters (e.g. the underside of the cap), then the task really cannot be expected to be undertaken.

However, this might be Lacrymaria lacrymabunda, but, for a positive identification, we need information on the gills, what the spores look like under the microscope, and where it was found.
