Growing on conifer duff at ~ 4300 ft.
Spores appeared to be whitish while the gills turned browner with age but the edges stayed paler for some time. Did not get enough spores for a good read but the gill edge seemed to by basically hyaline in KOH.
Gymnopus ocior(formerly Collybia dryophila var. luteifolia) is a possibility according to the PMW Key Council site.
