My (provincial) understanding of Hypotrachyna is that it has occasionally-forked rhizines (I see at least five in image 119359) and often has pustulate soredia (in the same photo you can see the surface of a few lobe-tips on the right side of the photo eroding/bursting upward). Brodo also mentions the broadly-rounded axils between lobes (nicely visible in same photo). (He calls the genus the “loop lichens” because of this feature.)
