Recognized by sight: Yellow volval patches on light brassy cap. Annulus yellow on underside. Reddening of context interior to basal bulb seen on small specimen in last photo. Turnip shaped basal bulb. Powdery yellow deposits on basal bulbs. I think that what appears to be a basal sac-like appearance on the one specimen is due to the context in the lower stipe cracking and pulling apart… an abnormality.
