Thank you for the comment, Yes it did have a jelly like touch, I re-checked My Field Guide I had missed the Jelly fungi section it is very small only a few pages long between the puffball fungi and coral fungi. My Pictures are blurry because I used my Iphone to take them, and it was getting dark. Im going to try to get better, not so blurry pictures. Thanks again for the comment.

What you have here is Dacromyces palmatus, which grows on conifer. A similar looking mushroom that grows on hardwoods is Tremella mesentaria. Did it have a jelly like touch? Aleuria is a cup fungus that is more brittle and defined.
